YOGA POSE: CHILD'S POSE

You don't have to be doing yoga to do this goodie! Cherish this pose in the morning after waking up, at night before bed, or after standing/sitting for a long period of time. After all, who doesn't love a good stretch??

I love child's pose. We always do this in my yoga class. It provides a good stretch and it is very relaxing! For extended child's pose, move your right hand to sit on top of your left hand. Then, lean your body slightly to the right (this will get a GREAT stretch along the right side of your back). Do this with the opposite side too!
