COFFEE: DARK MOCHA LATTE

how many more delicious pictures will it take to convince you to go get one? heh heh

Mochas seem like a pretty popular choice at most coffee shops, and that's because they are DELICIOUS! Coffee AND chocolate? YES PLEASE! But did you know that most (if not all) coffee shops offer mochas either white or dark? They default to white chocolate when you don't specify (I may have made that up) - but I personally prefer dark chocolate because it makes the flavor that much more rich and creamy. YUM YUM YUM! Remember this the next time YOU order! ;)

MUSIC ARTIST: THE ALBUM LEAF

This music is calm and soothing, and would be great to listen to during yoga, before falling asleep, or for some people (myself) excellent while doing homework, because it is 99% instrumental - some songs have vocals. Since it's my fifth recommendation, I'm including 5 music videos (and maybe because I couldn't choose just one). Enjoy!

MOVIE: THE READER

Starring Kate Winslet (who we all know is amazing), this movie is quick-paced and touching (although rated R for some very good reasons; I wouldn't recommend this for anyone under the age of 16, sorry!) That being said, the movie and acting are extremely well-done, and the story-line realistic in it's representation of "forbidden love," I may even pick up the book!

You don't have to be doing yoga to do this goodie! Cherish this pose in the morning after waking up, at night before bed, or after standing/sitting for a long period of time. After all, who doesn't love a good stretch??

I often come across artists, songs, recipes, yoga poses, books, and movies that I find SO GREAT, I want to pass them on. I felt the need to make these recommendations on a blog made specifically for this purpose, and intend to update it (almost) daily.
